Geotechnical (geological and engineering) researches including within:
engineering wells making, by depth up to 3 meters. Synchronously with drilling of wells, was providing documentation of geological profiles of soils, and take samples of soils (with monolith and violated structures, for their researching in laboratory). For determination of physic-mechanical characteristics of soils, we are making: static and dynamic sounding of ground, up to depth of 20 meters. Wells-boring works been provide by self-propelled drilling-machines: УГБ -1ВС and ПБУ-1М, with rope - impact and core-rotation methods.
Determination of physic-mechanical characteristics of soils samples, we make in our own “soils laboratory” of Petnieks LTD. Geological materials processing, calculation and reporting, we makes in digital format by all modern engineering PC programs and electronicequipments.

Geotechnical control contain:
- quality assurance of the bases of constructions by visual supervision and sampling with definition of their characteristics in laboratory.
- visual supervision and sampling of a ground in strip mines, for an estimation of the grounds quality that will be used for the device of embankments, return backfills and other geotechnical and building works (according to the Latvian standards).
- sampling of soils from the laid and condensed embankments, the return backfills tranches for definition of density, granulometrical structure of soils, factor of condensation of an embankment. In according to the task of the customer, sampling for other characteristics of soils definitions (filtration coefficient and others services).
